The bouquet is very well defined with crystal clear aromas of honeysuckle and white peach. The palate is beautifully balanced with a near-perfect freshness that makes this wine seem so light-hearted. I would like a little more persistence on the finish, but otherwise this is a classic Rieussec that might... and I stress might... outdo the Sauternes that start with the 25th letter of the alphabet.
