The 2015 Rieussec is light, straw-gold in color and offers wonderful purity and depth, with notes of lemon marmalade, orange blossom, beeswax and acacia honey, and hints of pickled kumquats and peach compote. Very elegant and delicate on the palate, medium to full-bodied, it shows a racy backbone that cuts through the earthy and citrus layers, and finishes long and spicy.
