Château Rauzan Ségla 2020

Château Rauzan-Ségla, 2ème Grand Cru Classé from 1855, is one of the leading estates of the Margaux appellation. The terroir is shaped by deep gravel soils over clay and sand, providing ideal conditions for Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and smaller proportions of Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc. The wines combine classic Margaux elegance with modern precision: fragrant floral notes, fine dark fruit, subtle spice and a silky tannin structure. Since its acquisition by the Chanel group, the estate has been extensively modernised and strongly improved in quality. Precise parcel work, sustainable farming and sensitive vinification define the current style. Rauzan-Ségla is now among Margaux’s most harmonious, balanced and reliable crus, with excellent ageing potential.
