The 2019 Vin Blanc de Palmer opens with expressive aromas of citrus fruits, yellow stone fruit, honeydew melon and floral notes of chamomile and white flowers. On the palate it is full-bodied, very layered and complex. The long-lasting finish is supported by mineral and slightly spicy and exotic aromas. While the taste profile is very generous, the production volume of this finesse-rich, elegant white wine is extremely low .
