Château Larcis Ducasse, Premier Grand Cru Classé of Saint-Émilion, lies on the sought-after south-facing slopes of the limestone plateau – one of the appellation’s most spectacular terroirs. The combination of pure limestone, clay and steep exposures provides perfect drainage, natural freshness and aromatic depth. Merlot dominates, accompanied by Cabernet Franc, creating powerful yet elegant wines marked by dark fruit, floral notes, mineral tension and finely drawn structure. Under the guidance of Nicolas Thienpont and Stéphane Derenoncourt, the estate has been consistently focused on precision, parcel work and sustainable farming.
