The 2014 Figeac delivers a very dense bouquet with aromas of red plum, crushed strawberry, cedar wood and light graphite notes. The palate is very well defined with a crisp freshness in the mouth that fans out to the structured, exciting finish. It is a great Figeac , an excellent precursor to the brilliant 2015 and it should not be underestimated. Chapeau to the winemaker Frédéric Faye and his team.
