Château De Ferrand 2019

Château de Ferrand, founded in 1702 and located high above Saint-Émilion, is one of the region’s oldest historic estates. The winery benefits from limestone-rich plateau sites that provide excellent drainage and natural minerality. Merlot dominates the cuvées, complemented by Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, resulting in elegant, precisely structured wines with fine fruit, freshness and subtle spice. Since the Bich family took over, Ferrand has modernised both vineyards and cellar without losing its traditional character. The result is authentic, long-lived Saint-Émilion wines that combine finesse with depth.

Bordeaux is one of the world’s most renowned wine regions – a name that has stood for elegance, diversity and ageing potential for centuries. Gravel, clay and limestone soils alternate, allowing fine nuances in the wines that reflect both terroir and craftsmanship.
