The 2019 Robert Mondavi Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon presents itself with a deep purple-red color and opaque core. The bouquet is tightly interwoven with aromas of freshly picked blackberries, noble cassis spice, licorice, chocolate truffle, and dark precious wood. On the palate, it is powerful with supportive, perfectly ripe tannins, plum-like extract sweetness, fine-grained extract, and a muscular body, paired with profound minerality and brilliant elegance. In the long-lasting finish, notes of small blue and black berries, tarragon, and black Tasmanian mountain pepper emerge.
