Château Petit Village

The 2014 Petit-Village is a beautiful, hearty Pomerol with plenty of personality and aromas of sweet tobacco, menthol, licorice, herbs and smoke. There's nothing extravagant here, and yet the whole is clearly greater than the sum of its parts. Sweet red cherry, plum, spice, mint and cedar are some of the notes that wrap around the juicy finish, which is supported by firm but polished tannins.
