The lemon-coloured 2015 Guiraud shows beautiful aromas of lime juice and lemon curd with wax and honeycomb nuances and hints of chalk dust, ginger and candied peel. It has a wonderful tension in the mouth with pronounced aromas of citrus, mineral and savoury layers and finishes on a piquant note.
