The 2016 Ducru-Beaucaillou has a seductive nose of baked plums, blueberry jam, fruit cake and boysenberries with hints of lilac, mocha and exotic spices as well as a touch of cedar. Full-bodied, rich and opulent on the palate with spicy nuances and a very firm, grainy frame, it finishes with epic length and depth.
