Château du Tertre Grand Cru Classé 2020
Description
Description
Château du Tertre is a winery over a thousand years old whose 52 hectares of continuous vineyards have remained unchanged since 1855. Designated Grand Cru Classé Margaux, the château benefits from its exceptionally good location. The vineyards are located at the highest point of the Margaux appellation on two "tertre" (hills). Both characterize the Grand Vin. The light and sun that envelop the vines protect them from the late spring frosts. A stream provides natural drainage and cools the vines, giving them the cooler temperatures needed for their development and protecting them from both excess water and drought. Unique, elegant and generously fruity wines are born from this magnificent terroir.
