The 2015 Château Climens Premier Cru Classé has a pale lemon yellow color and is still a little youthful. It offers beautiful notes of lemon curd, lime juice and apple pie with a hint of acacia honey and paraffin. Fine, fresh and elegant on the palate, with great purity and balance, it finishes with amazing persistence.
