Der rote "Châteauneuf-du-Pape" von Beaucastel zählt zu den berühmtesten Rotweinen der Rhône. Die Cuvée verbindet dunkle Beerenfrüchte, Kräuter, Pfeffer, Leder, Garrigue und eine charakteristische Würze mit bemerkenswerter Frische und Struktur. Dank des hohen Mourvèdre-Anteils entwickeln große Jahrgänge oft ein Reifepotenzial von mehreren Jahrzehnten.

Der Spitzenwein "Hommage à Jacques Perrin" gilt als einer der begehrtesten Premium Wein-Weine Frankreichs. Er wird nur in besonders guten Jahren erzeugt und basiert überwiegend auf sehr alten Mourvèdre-Reben. Seine Kombination aus Kraft, Komplexität und Langlebigkeit macht ihn zu einer Ikone der Rhône.

Außerdem gibt es noch den "Côtes du Rhône Rouge Coudoulet", dessen 30 Hektar knapp außerhalb des Châteauneuf-du-Pape liegen. Er gehört zu den besten Côtes du Rhône überhaupt.

Auch die Weißweine genießen einen exzellenten Ruf. Der "Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc" von Beaucastel und kann über Jahrzehnte reifen. Besonders die Rebsorte Roussanne prägt den Stil mit Aromen von Honig, weißen Blüten, Aprikosen und Gewürzen. Der "Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc Vielles Vignes" ist einer großen Weißweine Frankreichs und auch hier gibt es einen exzellenten "Côtes du Rhône Coudoulet".

Neben den Weinen aus Châteauneuf-du-Pape produziert die Famille Perrin zahlreiche weitere Gewächse aus den Côtes du Rhône und anderen Appellationen der Rhône. Château de Beaucastel bleibt jedoch das historische und qualitative Zentrum des Familienunternehmens, das in jüngster Zeit ein wegweisend neues Weingut errichtet hat, das komplett nachhaltig und klimaneutral arbeitet.
