Description

Germany Berlin

Pharmacist Dr. Christina Jaglas has created an aperitif that underlines the spirit of a new non-alcoholic aperitif culture. Far more than 10 different herbal macerations and production steps are needed to obtain such a balanced herbal bitter. A maturing period of up to three months ensures that the natural aromas intertwine harmoniously. Pharmacist bottles protected from light prevent the aromas from evaporating. This fruity and tart-sweet aperitif is the basis for non-alcoholic cocktails and long drinks. Enjoy it, for example, heated with Bonne Novelle Blanc , a little apple juice and half an orange as the perfect winter cocktail.

Dr. Jaglas

Dr. Jaglas stands for highly refined herbal elixirs based on old apothecary recipes and reinterpreted with modern care. Instead of mass production, the family focuses on concentrated herbs, roots and spices in apothecary quality, slowly macerated for depth and precision. The result is dense, aromatically complex digestifs with finely balanced bitterness, natural sweetness and great length on the palate. Typical notes include herbs, spices, dried fruit and subtle citrus accents – ideal neat, over ice or as a high-quality base for cocktails. Dr. Jaglas appeals to connoisseurs who value mindful enjoyment, craftsmanship and clear origin, and who are looking for something far more sophisticated in a herbal bitter than a conventional digestif.
