Lisa Perrotti-Brown for Robert Parker
On the nose, the 2017 Domaine de Chevalier Blanc is initially closed and then opens up with aromas of ripe pears, Golden Delicious apples and white peaches with notes of straw, honeysuckle and chalk. On the palate it is medium-bodied, intense and racy with plenty of mineral notes in the finish.
