Domaine de Chevalier 2017
Description
Description
Domaine de Chevalier is one of the elite of Bordeaux's Grands Cru Classés. The fact that Chevalier has never abandoned the name "Domaine" in favor of the newer designation "Château" is a testament to the estate's long history. In 1983, Domaine de Chevalier was acquired by the Bernard family, one of the most important wine merchants and winemaking families in Bordeaux. Since then, Chevalier has been run by winemaker Olivier Bernard, who has gradually introduced a winemaking philosophy that revolves around the perfect balance of the wines. Domaine de Chevalier Blanc is recognized as one of the greatest dry white wines in the world.
