Dom Perignon Vintage brut 2010
Description
Description
Dom Pérignon is named after the Benedictine monk Pérignon, who significantly further developed the Méthode Champenoise in the 17th century. Today, it is considered a brilliant combination of tradition and the modern art of the cellar master. In 2012, the dry, hot summer provided a perfect ripening period. The grapes harvested between September 10th and 26th show a perfect balance of tension, freshness, and richness. Despite the low yields, 2012 is a great Champagne vintage.
