Distinctive aromas of raspberries, plums, violets, raw cocoa, sweet earth tones and liquorice burst from the glass, framed by a cleverly integrated touch of noble new oak. It is full-bodied, rich and enveloping, its broad attack leading into a seamless, layered mid-palate that is vibrant and concentrated, framed by powdery tannins and lively freshness before finishing with a long, saline finish.
