Description

France / Bordeaux / Médoc / Saint-Julien

Château Branaire-Ducru has been owned by the Maroteaux family since 1988. Today it is managed by François-Xavier Maroteaux, whose father Patrick spared no effort to create the unique Branaire-Ducru style. In addition to significant investments in the vineyard and cellar, its proximity to the Gironde and gravelly soil guarantee distinctive red wines. All new technical investments have quickly paid off for Château Branaire-Ducru. Beginning with the 2000 vintage, Branaire-Ducru became one of Saint-Julien's top wines. It is considered one of the most attractively priced wines for high-quality Bordeaux.
