Die Weine von Château d’Esclans
Der bekannteste Wein des Hauses ist zweifellos "Whispering Angel". Dieser Rosé wurde zu einem weltweiten Phänomen und zählt heute zu den meistverkauften Premium-Rosés überhaupt. Sein Stil verbindet helle Frucht, feine Kräuteraromen und eine elegante Frische mit hohem Trinkfluss.
Eine Stufe darüber positionieren sich "Rock Angel" und "Château d’Esclans Rosé". Beide Weine bieten mehr Struktur, Tiefe und Komplexität und zeigen bereits deutlich den Qualitätsanspruch des Hauses.
Die eigentliche Ikone ist jedoch der "Garrus". Dieser Wein stammt aus alten Grenache- und Rolle-Parzellen und wird teilweise in großen Eichenfässern ausgebaut. Garrus gilt als einer der ersten Roséweine, der bewusst mit den großen Weißweinen der Welt konkurrieren sollte. Seine Aromen reichen von Pfirsich und Aprikose über Zitrusfrüchte bis zu Gewürzen, Kräutern und feinen Röstaromen.
Daneben entstehen mit "Les Clans" und weiteren Cuvées Weine, die zeigen, wie vielfältig Roséwein aus der Provence sein kann. Gemeinsam haben sie eine außergewöhnliche Präzision, feine Textur und einen klaren Fokus auf Herkunft.
