The following conditions apply:
Shipping conditions
Delivery is made within Germany and to the following countries: Austria, Netherlands.
Shipping costs (including statutory VAT):
Deliveries within Germany:
A flat shipping fee of €9.90 applies up to an order value of €175.00 (gross goods value). From an order value of €175.00, shipping is free of charge.
Different shipping conditions for members of the CWW Club:
The following shipping conditions apply to members of the CWW Club within Germany:
Members with Collector status receive free delivery within Germany from an order value of €100.00 (gross goods value).
Members with Curator or Cellar Master status do not pay any shipping costs, regardless of the gross goods value.
For all other customers, the general shipping cost regulation continues to apply (free shipping from €175.00 gross goods value), see above. The benefits mentioned apply exclusively to deliveries within Germany. Your membership level is assigned automatically via your customer account.
Deliveries abroad:
A flat shipping fee of €14.90 applies up to an order value of €249.00 (gross goods value). From an order value of €249.00, shipping is free of charge.
Delivery times
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, goods are delivered within Germany within 2–5 working days and, for deliveries abroad, within 3–7 working days after conclusion of the contract.
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered. For different arrangements, please contact our customer service.
Shipping methods
Within Germany, we mainly ship via DHL.
After we have handed over your wine order to DHL, you will receive an email from DHL with the tracking link.
An exception applies to wines that have been packed in a wooden case at the winery. For a complete original wooden case, shipping is carried out by trans-o-flex. Via the portal https://www.trans-o-flex.com/sendungsverfolgung/login, you can track your wine delivery by entering your reference number, for example 1234, your postcode and house number.
International shipments are sent via UPS. UPS will send a tracking link by email as soon as your wine parcel has been handed over by us to UPS.
Payment:
Accepted payment methods:
We accept the following payment methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and eps.
Payment is usually charged when the order is completed.
All prices are stated in euros and include statutory VAT.
If a payment is declined, please check your card limit, 3-D Secure approval, billing/shipping address and, if applicable, browser/app approvals. Otherwise, please choose an alternative payment method or contact our customer service.
Individual payment and billing conditions can be agreed for business customers. Please contact our team to coordinate this.
