    The wines of Château Lynch-Bages

The Grand Vin of Château Lynch-Bages is one of Pauillac's best-known red wines and a classic expression of great French wine culture. Its style combines density and structure with remarkable accessibility.

Typical aromas include cassis, black cherry, blackberry, cedar, graphite, cigar box and fine spices. With bottle age, additional nuances of leather, truffle and forest floor develop.

A defining feature of Château Lynch-Bages is the balance between power and charm. These deep red wines have the potential to age for decades, yet often become approachable earlier than many other great Pauillac wines.

Alongside the Grand Vin, the estate produces the second wine “Echo de Lynch-Bages” (around 40%), which reflects the house style in a more accessible form. Together, the two wines represent the combination of tradition, precision and modern Bordeaux culture.
