For connoisseurs and collectors of fine wines, this is also a treasure trove of diverse possibilities. It is located on a historic site, a little hidden as a hidden champion at the end of the courtyard at Max-Keith-Straße 66: CWW, the Collectors Wine World. From the outside, there is nothing to indicate the real treasure hidden behind the inconspicuous doors. They open the way to a location that is perfectly designed for both tastings and events. Cozy and relaxed in the welcome lounge, elegant and professional at the long table, which invites you to a seated dinner as well as to a productive conference. Or with family at the chef's table, where you can enjoy delicacies from the kitchen and cellar in small groups. The best conditions for every need, and Carsten Knauer, as an investor, created them with a sure hand.

The passionate entrepreneur knows the ideal conditions for business meetings with all the technical ingredients from his own experience, and the world champion sommelier Markus Del Monego brought in the know-how on the subject of wine.

It was definitely an entrepreneurial vision and decision that gave the impetus for the joint project. In 2014, says Carsten Knauer, he started investing in wine. Mainly Bordeaux, but he also attaches great importance to ecological cultivation. "Sustainability and mindfulness are important to us as a family office," Knauer explains an essential part of his philosophy. He brings in Markus Del Monego as an expert, and in addition to the wine collection, the desire soon arises to create their own high-quality location for wine tastings and tastings, but also for private or company events - the idea for the Collectors Wine World is born, the place in the Alexanderpark soon found. This is where people meet for high-quality events. Either on the topic of wine, if required also well cooked by Carsten Jungkamp, who celebrates culinary delights for the guests in the open kitchen according to individual wishes.

The equipment, from fine glass to high-quality porcelain and cutlery, meets the desire that discerning guests should feel completely at home here. This also includes small special effects: the lighting can be varied in terms of color in many ways. More than just a gimmick:

"Depending on the light, a wine can taste completely different," reveals the sommelier world champion Markus Del Monego. Guests can let themselves be pampered here, in a rather intimate circle of up to eight people at the "chef's table", at dinner with up to 28 guests at the large table or at a standing reception with 100 participants. Anyone who has developed a taste for wine here will be delighted with an additional service from Collectors Wine World: the premises house a separate wine cellar, which is also available to other collectors. Because really noble and also expensive wine needs ideal storage conditions.

"Constant temperatures of 14 degrees and 65 percent humidity", created Knauer on Max-Keith-Strasse. In addition, it is dark, vibration-free and odorless. Security is provided by an alarm system, video surveillance and a security service.

The entrepreneur has one more tip: he recommends buying good wine for a very special occasion, such as a wedding or the birth of a child. This wine can then mature until a self-chosen anniversary. Then it is either enjoyed as a delicious drop or proves to be an investment. Markus Del Monego always has the right advice for such requests.
