Yohan Castaing for Robert Parker
The 2013 Dom Pérignon, disgorged in October 2022, is a charming and elegant vintage for this cuvée. It reveals complex aromas of shortbread, spices, citrus oil, almonds, honey and, with a little air, a hint of smoke. On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied, perfectly balanced, with a chiseled and concentrated profile. The long, cool growing season has given the wine freshness and a fine earthy note in the finish.
