With more than 50 "micro-crus" in four appellations, Vigneron Pierre Seillan carefully puts together each cuvée of Vérité. This mosaic of micro-crus provides Seillan with the range of aromas, flavors, textures and structural elements he needs to create Vérité's wines. Each micro-cru is harvested and fermented separately, then aged in French oak casks with different roasts. Seillan carefully tailors his winemaking techniques and aging in oak barrels to the personality of each batch, giving him hundreds of unique components with which to architect the final cuvée of La Muse, La Joie and Le Désir. Three cult wines from the top winery Vérité in a very limited 3-piece wooden box for collectors and wine lovers.
