This fruity and tart-sweet aperitif immediately convinced us as a basis for non-alcoholic cocktails and long drinks. Colored dark red by the hibiscus petals, the tart hibiscus reveals an aroma that is as spectacular as it is balanced. The tart sweetness of the hibiscus flowers is buffered by rosemary, bitter orange, elderberries and vanilla. On the palate it is tart and refreshing. The finish is subtly smoky and ends with a fine whiskey note.
