Intense, persistent aromas of wild strawberries, blackberries and violets, accompanied by spicy roasted notes. On the palate, soft, mature tannins and a well-integrated acidity are evident. In direct comparison with the wine matured in the winery, the LegaSea is more balanced and harmonious. The calm , darkness and stable temperature on the seabed have a very positive effect on the character of the wine. A very special drinking pleasure.

Elixsea Each bottle is an individual work of art, as sea creatures use the bottle baskets as a shelter and decorate the individual bottles. In 2017, Hungarian diving instructor Gergő Borbély and his Spanish partner Mariona Alabau decided to combine their passion for the sea with their passion for wine and founded their "underwater winery" ElixSea. The underwater winery works with selected winemakers. The grapes are carefully selected together with the winemakers, and the wine is matured, bottled and labeled at the winery. This is followed by underwater maturation at a depth of 20 meters on the seabed. Storage under water creates an artificial reef made of limestone - this offers protection and a new habitat for the sea creatures. Collectors Wine World has been supporting this project since the first vintage and retains exclusivity for LegaSea for the German market. The wine can also be found in selected top restaurants throughout Germany.
