Burgundy White

The 2018 Bourgogne Blanc appears in a bright lemon yellow in the glass. The nose is mineral, with aromas of tropical fruits, lemon zest, peaches and citrus fruits with slightly spicy notes. On the palate it is cool, elegant, dense and with excellent concentration, subtle complexity and plenty of verve . The long finish is accompanied by a hint of honey and mineral notes of flint. A brilliant calling card for the domaine.
