Premier Grand Cru Classé

The 2017 Figeac is deep garnet purple in color and exudes expressive notes of black cherry, plum jam, black raspberry and kirsch, which lead to notes of dried leaves, cinnamon toast and warm cassis, as well as a hint of lavender. The palate is medium-bodied and has a wonderful liveliness with a refreshing line cutting through the crisp black fruit and a firm, fine-grained framework that finishes long and spicy.
