The 2015 Caggio is soulful and deep with aromas of wild blueberries and raspberries, forest floor, blue flowers and clove-flavored orange peel. The tannins are soft, yet there is enough structure and linearity to allow the wine to age. The Ipsus is a new addition to a very small group of wine icons from Tuscany.
