In the most accurate and genuine way possible, our wood-aged white wine reflects as closely as possible the terroir on which our Chardonnay vines grow. In other words, our Chardonnay is an expression of the stony, clayey soils of the Bokkeveld Shale and the strongly maritime climate . Made with straightforward (not easy) winemaking techniques, this is an athletic, polished and precise wine. It displays the ripe aromas of salinity and minerality that characterize the great, classic white wines of the world.
