The first impression is reminiscent of a raspberry tart. This is followed by aromas of red currants and pink grapefruit paired with floral notes of peony. On the palate it is wonderfully creamy and soft with aromas of brioche, honey, citrus fruits and candied orange. And then the fine perlage makes the long finish an experience.
