Collectors Wine World (CWW) appoints wine personalities to the advisory board

Markus Del Monego and Carl Johann Tesdorpf advise the independent service and trading company active in the fine wine business.

Essen in April 2020 :Two well-known and highly esteemed wine personalities have been appointed to the advisory board of the Essen-based service and trading company Collectors Wine World.

The advisory board has been prominently staffed by Markus Del Monego , World Sommelier Champion 1998 and Master of Wine, as well as Carl Johann Tesdorpf a direct descendant of the long-established Tesdorpf family of wine merchants from Lübeck. "We are delighted to welcome two such renowned and internationally esteemed wine personalities to our advisory board, Markus Del Monego and Carl Johann Tesdorpf. With this appointment we are consolidating and expanding the already existing large network and the wine competence of Collectors Wine World. The history of CWW began in 2015 with a simple vision: to share the passion for wine with a large network of friends, family and connoisseurs. The Fine Wine Business of today was created through a targeted bundling of activities and the expansion of the commitment in the wine sector.

Now in its fifth year on the market, CWW advises its Friends & Family clients in the areas of investment (asset class 'wine') and in the establishment and development of suitable and tailor-made wine collections. This also includes the professional, 24-hour controlled and monitored storage of wines. The first-class range of services is complemented by seminar offers or exclusive marketing, such as the Frerejean Frères champagne house, which is particularly well-known in the French star gastronomy.

Managing Director of Collectors Wine World since 2019 is Heiko Schimeczek, who has been successfully active in the fine wine business for over 20 years and is responsible for both the strategic and operational orientation of CWW.
