Rosé wines are the wines of summer - a light rosé is perfect for enjoying at a garden party with friends or on your own balcony. Together with cellar master Martin Korrell, Collectors Wine World developed the Slice of Paradise. The result is a fresh, light summer wine that can compete with the well-known brands from Provence. For the Slice of Paradise, only grapes from vines in the paradise location were used. The 20-year-old vines give the wine its unmistakable extract.
Markus Del Monego: "Pale rosé color with light orange reflections in the Provencal style. Clear and fragrant on the nose with fine fruit, subtle raspberry and red currant jelly, a hint of mallow blossoms in the background. Elegant citrus notes, a hint of lemon and tangerine zest. Juicy, fresh on the palate, pleasantly melting, creamy texture, fine minerality and convincing length." (tastingbook.com)
