Located in Penedès, Catalonia (near Barcelona), Familia Torres has been deeply rooted in the region for more than three centuries. The specially created program "Torres&Earth" deals intensively with global warming, efficient measures for climate protection and the company's ambitious climate goals. Apart from the necessary adaptation to the challenges of global warming, Familia Torres also makes a major contribution to minimizing its own CO2 emissions, e.g. B the use of renewable energies and environmentally friendly vehicles or energy efficiency measures.

Producing unique wines that reflect the character of their region of origin is one of the goals of the fifth generation of Familia Torres. In addition to the recultivation of old Catalan grape varieties and varieties from other areas of Spain or Chile, the revival of the cultural heritage of individual wine regions is also part of this. Familia Torres owns wineries in Spain, Chile and California with excellent locations in some of the most prestigious wine regions such as Penedès, Rioja, Ribera del Duero, Rueda or Rias Baixas.
